Cancellation Policy

The following is an example of a standard Cancellation Policy that should be used in all correspondence and emails when processing/confirming a booking:-

• 7 - 14 days: 50% of 1st night
• 24 hrs - 6 days: 75% of 1st night
• Failure to Show: 100% of 1st night
